The controller processes personal data obtained with the consent of the Customer, which are collected through the purchase order and the fulfillment of the order created in the online store.
The controller processes only the identification and contact data of the Customer that are necessary for the fulfillment of the purchase contract;
The controller processes personal data for the purpose of order shipping and accounting, and for necessary communication between the contracting parties for the time stipulated by law. Personal data will not be made public and will not be transferred to other countries.
Purpose of data processing
The controller processes the personal data of the Customer for the following purposes:
Registration on the website in accordance with Chapter 4, Section 2 of the GDPR;
For the fulfillment of the online order created by the Customer (name, address, email / phone number);
To comply with the law and regulations arising from the contractual relationship between the Customer and the Controller;
Personal data is necessary for the fulfillment of the purchase contract. The contract cannot be concluded without personal data.
Duration of personal data storage
The controller stores the personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the controller and the customer, and for 3 years following the conclusion of the contractual relationship.
The controller must delete all personal data after the expiration of the period stipulated for the storage of personal data.
Recipients and processors of personal data
The third parties who process personal data of the Customer are subcontractors of the Controller. The services provided by these subcontractors are essential for the successful fulfillment of the purchase contract and the processing of the online order between the Controller and the Customer.
The subcontractors of the controller are:
- Webnode AG (online store platform)
- Shipping company
- Google Analytics (website analytics)
Client rights
In accordance with the Regulation, the Customer has the right to:
- The right of access to personal data;
- The right to rectify personal data;
- The right to erase personal data;
- The right to object to the processing of personal data;
- The right to data portability;
- The right to withdraw consent for the processing of personal data in writing or by email sent to: physioextend@hotmail.com;
- The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in case of suspected non-compliance with the Regulation.
Security of personal data
The controller declares to take all necessary technical and organizational precautions for the protection of personal data.
The controller has taken technical precautions to protect the spaces where data is stored, particularly by ensuring access to the computer with a password, using antivirus software, and regularly maintaining the computers.
Final provisions
This privacy policy, along with the terms and conditions, constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and the Controller regarding the processing of personal data and the use of the online platform. Any amendments or modifications to these provisions must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties. In the event that any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of either party to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
By placing an electronic order on this website, the customer confirms being informed about all conditions regarding the protection of personal data and accepts them in their entirety.
The customer accepts these rules by checking the checkbox in the purchase order form.
The controller may update these rules at any time. The new updated version must be published on their website.
These rules will come into effect on the 4th of March 2024.
